Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected interest, message, and a submission timestamp. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting professional conversation.
Playbook requests
The Outbound Readiness Playbook form collects your email address and, if you provide them, your first name and company website. It also records the requested resource, submission time, and your optional marketing choice and the wording shown to you. Bohdan Beisiuk uses these details to handle your resource request and any business conversation you initiate. Formspree processes the submission. The PDF becomes available on this website after the form confirms your request; automatic delivery to your inbox is not currently provided.
Choosing to receive practical outbound advice and information about services is optional and does not affect access to the PDF. Such marketing will only be sent to people who opt in. You can withdraw that choice at any time by emailing b.beysuk@gmail.com; any marketing email will include a way to opt out. Resource requests are not automatically added to an email sequence.
The request record and your marketing choice are kept to manage the request, honour your preferences, and handle any resulting conversation. Records are reviewed for continued need and deleted when no longer needed, subject to necessary business records and applicable obligations. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an opt-out. Your contact details are not placed in public website code or intentionally sent to website analytics.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand website use and interactions such as booking-link clicks. Analytics events do not intentionally include the contents of your inquiry or your contact details.
Service providers
Formspree processes contact-form submissions. Google Calendar handles booking activity after you follow an external booking link. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, record-keeping, and applicable obligations. It is not sold. It may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the website and respond to you.
Your choices and contact
You can avoid submitting the contact form or using the booking link. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email b.beysuk@gmail.com.
